Instructions are only available for individuals who own the effect. If an effect has Available next to it, then the instructions are available for download. If not, then I do not have them.  IMPORTANT: To request a set of instructions, you will need to email a photo of the effect with a note next to the effect that includes your name and the current date.  This will be sufficient evidence that you own the effect.  If you wish to submit instructions to the database, feel free to email them to me at SydBeckman@gmail.com.
